Make sure you RESEARCH the company you are applying to work for.
Look at their website ABOUT US page, find out what products and services they sell, and follow them on social media so you are aware of their latest news stories.
Most candidates are only interested in a paycheck, and they don’t really care which company they work for – those candidates are the ones the hiring manager wants to avoid hiring at all costs.
Researching the company shows a genuine desire to work for the company long-term, and that will give you an advantage over the other candidates.

Read the job description and highlight the SKILLS AND QUALITIES needed in the position.
Then, when the hiring manager asks you what are your greatest strengths, make sure you reference those skills and qualities in your answer.
