I came to Chiang Rai mainly to see Tham Luang cave, where 13 children were trapped for 18 days few years ago.
I hired a Fortuner and traveled all the way there.
But unfortunately, I could not see the cave.
The cave and its surroundings were closed for three months from the day I went.
I tried asking the soldiers at the checkpoint as much as possible, but they said no.
After that, I trusted Google Map and drove to another place.
But I didnt reach anywhere.

വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് 13 കുട്ടികൾ 18 ദിവസത്തോളം പെട്ടുകിടന്ന Tham Luang cave കാണുവാനാണ് പ്രധാനമായും Chiang Rai ലേക്ക് ഞാൻ എത്തിച്ചേർന്നത്.
ഒരു Fortuner വാടകയ്‌ക്കെടുത്ത് ഞാൻ അവിടേക്ക് യാത്ര തിരിച്ചു.
പക്ഷേ നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ എനിക്ക് ആ ഗുഹ നേരിട്ട് കാണുവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല.
ഞാൻ പോയ ദിവസം മുതൽ മൂന്ന് മാസക്കാലത്തേക്ക് ആ ഗുഹയും പരിസരവും അടച്ചിട്ടിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
ചെക്ക്പോസ്റ്റിലെ പട്ടാളക്കാരോട് പരമാവധി കെഞ്ചി നോക്കിയെങ്കിലും ഒന്നും നടന്നില്ല.
അതുകഴിഞ്ഞ് ഗൂഗിൾ മാപ്പിനെ വിശ്വസിച്ചു വണ്ടിയോടിച്ചു പോയ എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയത് മറ്റൊരു മുട്ടൻ പണിയായിരുന്നു.
മൊത്തത്തിൽ പണികിട്ടിയ ഒരു ദിവസത്തെ വിശേഷങ്ങളാണ് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ.
