Political commentator Benedict Spence argues Vladimir Putin’s twitching and shaking during an interview with Tucker Carlson could be down to medication or potential ill health.
The Kremlin said they agreed to the interview because Carlson's approach differed from the "one-sided" reporting of the Ukraine conflict by other Western news organisations.
Putin claimed in the interview that ceasefire negotiations were underway in Istanbul and that Ukraine signed the deal but changed its mind after coming under pressure from Boris Johnson who said it was "better to fight Russia".
Benedict says: “There has been a lot of speculation about his general health.”
