Donald Trump has spoken for the first time since he made history as the first American president to become a convicted felon.
Speaking exclusively to Fox News, Donald Trump was candid about his conviction, which appears to have energised him and his support base – pumping tens of millions of dollars into his campaign within 48 hours.
“I did absolutely nothing wrong,” Mr Trump said.
“It’s called … a legal expense.
“I pay a lawyer – and he’s a lawyer – it’s called a legal expense.”
