    He passed IAS with AIR 14 and became the IAS officer in Uttar Pradesh, throughout his career he has worked on various tough projects, brought significant changes, and worked with many CMs.

    He has written books like “Ethical Dilemmas of a Civil Servant”, “Not Just A Civil Servant’ and many others.

    Today he is also a public speaker and speaks in various countries.
    We talked about how IAS became IAS and got placed in his home state Uttar Pradesh, he shared about his early days, the challenges he faced, how he got transferred, how he used to be in ethical dilemmas, and how he created value systems to deal with everything.

    He further shared how he became the Coal Secretary of India and the challenges that he solved.
