We talked about how this was kind of an unfortunate inevitability last week after MrBeast took to Twitter to defend his friend Chris Tyson, Who recently revealed that he has been receiving hormone replacement therapy.
Chris has not come out as any specific identity yet, but in his Twitter bio says he uses any pronouns.
And in response, there has just been some utterly vile reactions, which MrBeast condemned.
And while you had tons of people applauding MrBeast for standing up for Chris, thinking it was a really powerful and honorable thing to do, the other side also got even louder.
And now you have people like Steven Crowder putting out alarmist videos like “MrBEAST SHOVES… AGENDA ON CHILDREN!” “So step one is start with the subtle infusion of it into children’s programming, and now step two, continue the propaganda no longer just culturally, but then it moves into schools where other people have your children for eight hours a day.” Right, trying to make it sound like MrBeast is part of some larger agenda and not just…a dude looking out for his friend.
And Crowder isn’t alone, you have Matt Walsh accusing MrBeast of selling out.
Ben Shapiro having the same line of thinking, but really slamming Chris for “making” MrBeast pick a side: "And that’s not the fault of MrBeast, that’s the fault of Chris Tyson." Right, taking that direct aim at parents to tell them to stop letting their children watch MrBeast, trying to get that audience dwindled.
