A 30-day plan tells the hiring manager exactly what they will get in return from the salary they are going to pay you.

A 30-day plan shows you are highly-organized and that you want to make sure the employer sees a positive return from their investment if they hire you.

The first thing to include in your 30-day plan is that you will get a thorough brief from your manager or supervisor on what is expected of you in the role.
