????Interview Question- What is your greatest strength?
????Basically, the formulaic approach to answering the question is the following:
1.
State your strength
2.
Provide an example of when you used this strength and
how
3.
(Optional) Describe what kind of impact you made
Example 1: I have a solid work ethic.
When I'm working on a project, I don't just want to meet deadlines.
Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.
Last year, I even earned a bonus for completing my three most recent
reports one week ahead of time.
Example 2: My strength is my flexibility to handle change.
As customer service manager at my last job, I was able to turn around a negative working environment and develop a very supportive team.
PRO TIP ????????????????
It's a good idea to think about your strengths and examples before you go to the interview.
So, sit down, list out what you think your top 3 strengths are, and come up with relevant examples.
Make sure that the strengths you're going to mention are relevant.
For eg: if you are applying for a role as a lawyer, the manager won't care about your strength in creative ad design.
