This movie tells the true story of the legendary Maratha warrior Bajirao and his second wife Mastani, who defied all odds and conventions to be together.
The movie stars Ranveer Singh (Gully Boy & Padmaavat), Deepika Padukone (Chhapaak & Piku), and Priyanka Chopra Jonas (The Sky Is Pink & Baywatch) in the lead roles, with Tanvi Azmi (Thappad & Tribhanga), Mahesh Manjrekar (Kaagaz & Antim), and Milind Soman (Four More Shots Please & Paurashpur) in supporting roles.
The movie is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the mastermind behind movies like Devdas & Ram-Leela.
